License

All products and materials sold or available for download from the Sound Set Project ("SSP") are offered as a SINGLE-USER license and are only permitted to be used by the individual who purchased or downloaded the products or materials. Unauthorized use of any of the files included in any product or download by anyone other than the purchased licensee ("Customer") in any format is strictly prohibited including, but not limited to, sharing, selling, transmitting, uploading, emailing, photocopying, plagiarizing any of the information received as a part of this product. These terms pertain to each file individually and collectively.

The software described by this website is subject to a License Agreement and may not be copied to other media. No part of this website or the material therein may be copied, reproduced or otherwise transmitted or recorded, for any purpose, without prior written permission by the SSP.

Limitation of Liability

The information on this website and in the materials made available, contained in or referenced by this website is subject to change without notice and does not represent a commitment on the part of the SSP.

By installing, using, or otherwise accessing the materials described by, contained in or otherwise made available in this website in any way, Customer agrees that use of these materials is at Customer's sole risk. The materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Customer agrees that the SSP shall not be liable for any direct consequential or incidental damage, whether foreseeable or not, and that Customer will be solely responsible for any damage to Customer's computer system, loss of data or loss of income that results from use of these materials in any way.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The SSP expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied*, including, but not limited to, a warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The SSP makes no warranty that the materials will meet Customer's requirements, or be error free. The SSP makes no warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the materials.

*The SSP disclaims any and all implied warranties except where those exclusions are prohibited by law.

Terms of Sale

All sales are final and will not be refunded.

It is Customer's sole responsibility to research and understand the products and materials Customer is purchasing and to make any decisions regarding compatibility with Customer's personal computer system. The SSP will not issue refunds or discounts for purchases made of an incorrect or incompatible version.

The SSP reserves the right to refuse sale to Customer or any Individual acting on Customer's behalf if, in the SSP's sole discretion, the sale is found to be fraudulent or Customer is deemed to be involved in the illegal use or distribution of the SSP's products and materials or the products and materials of the Companies and Corporations referenced by the SSP.

The SSP does not accept liability for incorrect spelling, errors (including prices), system requirements, or any other innaccuracies in the content of this website or the products contained therein.

Technical Support

The SSP shall provide Customer, subject to the exclusions below, free of charge technical support via email or other internet text chat medium. Customer may, at rates and fees determined by the SSP, request a higher level of support including telephone, Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol ("VOIP"), and remote computer assistance.

The SSP shall have no obligation to support:

Altered, damaged or Customer-modified Product, in whole or in part
Any version of the Product other than the current version of the Product
Product installed on any hardware or operating system that is not supported by the SSP
Questions related to modifications to the product
Product incidents caused by Customer's negligence, abuse, misapplication or use of the Product

The SSP reserves the right to refuse technical support, at its own discretion, to Customer or any Individual suspected or proven to be illegally using or distributing the materials provided by the SSP or the products and materials of the Companies and Corporations referenced by the SSP.

Mac OS X 10.4.x or higher
Windows XP SP2+, Windows Vista SP1+, Windows 7 (32 and 64bit Windows)
Sibelius 5.2.x, Sibelius 6, Sibelius 7 or higher

Additionally, sound sets for Kontakt powered libraries require:

Kontakt Player 2**, Kontakt 2**
Kontakt Player 3, Kontakt 3.0.1, 3.5.x or higher
Kontakt Player 4***, Kontakt 4 or higher***

*Requirements for each product may differ
**Kontakt Player 2/Kontakt 2 are not supported with libraries released on later versions of Kontakt
***Kontakt Player 4/Kontakt 4 requires Sibelius 6.2 or higher for autoloading samples

Applicable Law

By visiting this website and or making use of or accessing in any way the materials described by, contained in, and/or made available by this website Customer agrees that the laws of the state of Ohio in the United States of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between Customer and the SSP.

Acceptance of Terms

Use of this website, including, but not limited to, viewing, purchasing and downloading any file(s) indicates your acceptance of all Terms and Conditions set forth above.
